Kick-off-meeting in the AMiE-project Oct 15th-16th

The AMIE (Arts & Mindfulness in Education ) Consortium members gathered for the kick-off-meeting for the project on the 15th and 16th of October. The meeting was planned to be at HVL campus Stord, Norway, but due to the Covid-19, the meeting was online. The picture shows the view from project coordinator Jonas Selås Olsen’s office at HVL campus Stord, were the meeting should have taken place.

In the coming three years the AMiE seeks to provide European teachers with inspirational and supportive tools regarding the introduction of mindfulness in pre-primary and primary education.

AMiE uses the power of art and creative processes as a starting point for the introduction of mindfulness in a school context. The project aims to raise both school students’ and teachers’ skills in mindfulness and cultural and arts aspects.

The project is funded by the ERASMUS+ Programme.
